Easy guide to help simplify selling your phone system

Here is a Step by Step Guide on how to Sell Your Phone System or Phones to us.

1) Determine The Brand of the Telephone System. ( There should be a label on the front of side of the main cabinet or under the phone.) *

2) How Many Lines Does the System Have?

3) How Many Extensions Does the System Have?

4) Find the Cabinet or Brains of the system. This is usually a square box either metal or plastic in the back phone room of the office (usually is attached to the wall). Please enter the model number below.

5) Open the cabinets front cover by removing the screws. (it should be able to snap right off if no scews are present)

6) Once you open it, you will see circuit cards inside. (just like a computer) Each card has a model number on the spine of the card. If you are not sure which one to write down, list them all. DO NOT REMOVE ANY CARDS WHILE THE POWER TO THE CABINET IS ON!!

7) If you are still not sure what you are looking at, please take a few pictures of the inside of the cabinet & its circuit cards and USE THESE FILE UPLOADS to attach to this form. (Please do not just send pictures without any other info)

8) You might have a separate unit hanging up along side the Main Unit or KSU. This is usually the Voice Mail. Find the part number on that as well. On newer systems, the Voice Mail is a circuit card which is located inside the main cabinet.

9) Count how many Telephones you have total throughout the office. All phones look alike. Make sure you turn each phone over and record the model number. if you are unsure which one is the model number, just write down everything you see on the label .
